“We had some heavy snow build-up on our roof this past winter, resulting in ice dams forming. We called Weathershield in Rochester, and they were out almost immediately to address the situation. It was obvious in talking to them that they really knew their business, and what actions had to be taken to safely remove the ice dams. Before finishing, they also cleared all the snow off of our entire roof, and did the work on a bitterly cold day. Also had them do an assessment of our attic insulation that was contributing to our problems. And to make a long story short, we ended up having them completely upgrade our attic insulation and roof vents. We were very impressed with everything they have done for us, and everyone's knowledge and expertise. Should we ever need anything else done in the future, they would most definitely be our first choice because in addition to the quality of their work, they're great people to work with.“
