I am a patient of one of the chiropractors who has been out injured past few months, but was approved for care through the VA due to a previous medical condition and was told they had openings and any of the other chiropractors would be able to help. So I show up, filled out new customer paperwork (even though as I mentioned I've been here before) and waited for a good 30-40 mins to see someone. If you are looking for an expert doctor who truly cares about his patients and who goes above and beyond to provide his patients with knowledge and help with every aspect of the healing process, then this is the right place! Dr. Buchanan is amazing, helpful, and truly dedicated to his practice and he goes the distance helping his patients. I highly recommend Northgate Chiropractic Clinic.

I was able to get in the same day I called, just a couple hours later. I developed severe back pain and didn't really know what it was from. I have gone in 3 times so far and enjoyed it. Dr. Buchanan is really nice, caring, and knowledgeable. He is always concerned about whether I am feeling pain or discomfort in any part of the treatment. He is also very upbeat and encouraging during the treatment, which helps a lot mentally, especially considering I've never seen a chiropractor before. It can be a little scary hearing your neck and back crack but he is reassuring about it and says "Great job!". Kim helped me out during 2 of my visits.
