My entire family loves Penz! Kiddo sees Dr. Pauley and actually looks forward to seeing her! They have cozy blankets, fun prizes and fun games for the kids to make their visit extra special. Dr. Penz is equally wonderful! Very transparent, efficient and kind. Also love their tea and coffee options in the waiting room!
Just moved to Rochester and found Penz Dental, wonderful, wonderful place. Had to get two cavities fixed, and the work was excellent. No pain, no mess. Dr. Pauley and Mallory did an amazing job taking care of me. They worked great as a team and made the experience enjoyable. Also, they have television sets in the ceilings so you can watch a movie while they work, that rocks. The end.
Always above and beyond service! Professional and personable staff, to the comfortable, soothing environment, to the Best Dental Hygienist ever (KG)! I've been with her 20+ years! Mine was a cleaning today only. Super pleased with Dr. Penz too! It's clear to me what a great culture he's created with his team! Thankful for Penz Dental!!
