The best in town. Our family has been using Hauser Chem-Dry since I was a kid and it has never wavered. They are prompt, friendly, diligent, fairly-priced and owned by a local family. We utilize both their rug cleaning services (they will pick up and deliver for a fee) and carpet cleaning and we are always very happy with the results. We have tried other cleaning services when we couldn’t get Hauser in a pinch and we were always disappointed. Hauser is our go-to carpet and rug cleaner and we use them for upholstery cleaning as well. We paid $40/chair and our upholstered armchairs looked brand new when they were done.

Why did we wait?!! Best carpet cleaning service we have ever had. Our carpets look brand new and the price was reasonable for the work done. The agent that came to our house was wonderful! He was informative, conscientious, and did the best job! Not only did I want very clean carpeting, I wanted my family and pets safe from chemicals. We got the full package. House full of kids, dogs, and a cat were all kept very safe with brand new looking carpet. Thank you Hauser Chem-Dry. We should have done it sooner!

Grat customer service. Furniture so clean. Smelled great. Very impressed.Updated review: used service a second time and again amazing customer service. Techs very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, always called me by name which was nice! They were even very kind to my dog. I can't tell you how impressed I am with them. Bob and Katie Hauser moved here with their young babies back in March of 1988 to begin their Hauser Chem-Dry business. We have been a family owned business for over 35 years. We have expanded into many new services & areas to help provide our customers with a healthy home and workplace. Our carpets dry within 1-2 hours. We use Green Certified Solutions. Our products are all tested and proven to be completely safe for humans and pets and all our cleaning processes create excellent results that we guarantee and stand proudly behind. Our son, Aksel, has now joined our business and brings many years experience and fresh energy to our business. We are excited for all of our new innovative services and products that we now offer!!
