Pedro was almost an hour late due to a previous job; I had to call the office to ask about the situation when he did not come at the appointed time. He did a great job on my living room carpet. With the help of a fan and outside ventilation, the carpet was dry within 2 hours.

Thanks to Justin and Orlando for a much-needed full house cleaning today. We added a full wash and pigment seal for my tribal rugs, which I was unaware they could do. The drying period for rugs is so much shorter than it used to be, thank goodness! Everything looks great for the holidays and finishing out the year. Thanks again to the team at Hauser Chem-Dry!
