We had an after hours emergency with a pipe leak in our basement that had to be taken care of immediately. Our service technician, Josh, came out within the hour. He was very courteous and explained the after hours pricing in advance, so there was no surprise. He was also conscientious of getting the Job done quickly for us. He was in and out and had the problem fixed in less than a half an hour! We would highly recommend Action plumbing and heating to anyone who would ask us! We are repeat customers and will definitely use them again in the future.
Chris arrived on time, replaced my garbage disposal, offered a good suggestion for my stiff kitchen sink tap and left the area very tidy. Much appreciated. I have not yet received the bill, but the hourly cost quoted was very reasonable.
