Great communication, the installation could not have went smoother, he double checked that everything was snug and working properly, and that the gas connections and venting were safe for our family inside the house. He treated the job like it was for his own home, he laid down protection for our carpet so the rusty water wouldn't make a mess, he made sure not to ding any door frames or walls, even working in a tight space.
