The person who handles requests was very nice about it though and took the time to refer me to a company that may be able to fit us in. I thought it was worth leaving a review. I will definitely call back for A/C service or when we need our ductwork redone.“
“Had a pin hole leak in a pipe in my basement. Called a few places the evening I noticed it, not expecting to hear from anyone after hours, but they called back right away and said they’d get someone out first thing in the morning. Came right when they said they would and took care of things quickly and for a reasonable price. I even asked if they could take a look at the rest of pipes and the hot water heater and they were very honest but what they would and wouldn’t suggest replacing, rather than trying to bait me into a sale. Will absolutely use Feton Plumbing again and can’t recommend them highly enough.Service: Plumbing pipe repair“

“My kitchen sink drain plugged up and my attempts to unplug it were unsuccessful. So I called my heating/cooling contractor (Tonna Mechanical) and they immediately recommended Rochester Drain-Rite without my even asking for a recommendation. I called RDR and they gave me a same day appointment. The technician arrived on time after sending me a text stating that he was on his way. I showed him the situation and he brought in his electric powered snake and sent it in 50 ft. Surprisingly it didn't unplug the drain. So he next connected a water hose to the nearby wash tub and inserted the other end (with some sort of gadget attached) into the drain pipe and then turned on the tub faucet to pressurize the drain line. After a short time a noticeable pop was heard and the drain was then determined to be now clear. He and I then discussed the situation afterwards and it was determined that the cause of the plug was a bowl of rice that had been earlier send down the garbage disposal. The rice got wet and expanded in the drain pipe and completely plugged it. The technician (Herald) was obviously knowledgeable and competent and did a professional job. He stated that rice (and sometimes egg shells) was the number one cause of plugs like mine. He also noticed that there was a slight leak in the drain piping under the sink which he also fixed by replacing some piping and seals. Before leaving he completely cleaned up the area. It was a job well done and I was happy with the result and was also happy with the fee that was charged. I had previously estimated to myself that it would be considerably higher than was it was.“

“I had trouble with my main drain in the basement keeping up when the iron filter would regenerate. I called mid day, and they were there the next morning. They cleaned out the drain within an hour and got tough rust and scale buildup out. The technician was excellent and friendly. He even wanted me to manually regenerate the filter before he left to make sure that he got it cleared out enough. I highly recommend them!“
