Amazing staff, got me in the door quickly, and Dr. Rainville was absolutely a treat to work with. They got me moving on my orthodontics plan and handled all the communication that I am too incompetent to do for myself. The first dentist that has gotten me to floss on the regular. Definitely worth investigating if you're looking for a friendly no nonsense dentistry practice.

I came to Downtown Dental after years of not having a check up on the recommendation of my partner, who sung Dr. Rainville’s praises to me. He and his team absolutely lived up to the hype. From Marie at reception to Ann assisting, Dr. Rainville’s team clearly prioritizes the patient’s safety, comfort, and health equally and masterfully. I absolutely love everything about this place. They're incredibly responsible during the covid pandemic which made me feel safe and comfortable. The entire staff is kind, friendly and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything clearly so there are no surprises. They also don't lecture or try to pressure you into cosmetic procedures, which I really appreciate. I absolutely recommend them!!
