We had our hot water heater go out on a Friday, with a guest arriving that day to spend the night. They were so very responsive and able to replace it same day! I considered their price as fair and reasonable too. Thanks for great service!
I had Adam and Justin at my home. Had a leak related to my washer drain. It was snaked one morning. I came home from work did a load of laundry and it was still leaking. They came back the next morning and had to do some plumbing rework. I was charged 2 service calls and that would be the only reason I did not give 5 stars. My thought? It was alllll the same issue. I could same more however in speaking with the office 50% was knocked off and I paid in full. I did not feel I should be charged for a second service call re: same issue.
