A recent hot water tank change somehow prevented our hot water from quickly traveling to our master bathroom on the other end of our home. Brand Plumbing had been really responsive to our urgent need for a replacement, but were unable to figure out why our hot water didn't circulate as before. Max came out and reported he knew exactly how to fix the problem. within 20 minutes he had resolved the issue. Thanks, Max and Brand Plumbing for all your help.
Recommended by family member and have used them 3 times, once during a no-water situation. I've not been disappointed any time. Recently, while the plumber was in the attic, he photographed damage to assist me in showing the vendor's damage to a water line. The plumber took time to fully answer my questions. The office staff are friendly, helpful and patient.
