Great place, very friendly, excellent workout! Hot Slow Flow was relaxing, focusing on breathe and form. Hot Yoga is a great, faster paced workout. I feel awesome afterwards. Very knowledgeable instructors.
Gina Pasquariello is highly knowledgeable and passionate about teaching yoga. Her class is never dull and repetitive. The style of yoga taught here is power yoga which is fast-paced and builds strength and endurance. Many men can benefit from these classes as well. I had been going to the studio for 3-4 years. Unfortunately, I had to move away to a different city. However, I still miss the yoga studio. Best yoga studio ever!
