“Dealing with Chris Davies and his crew from Higher Standards was a truly excellent experience in ALL facets.
We had a water leak from an upstairs fixture that had leaked into our basement ceiling, causing it to sag and drip as the water spread. I'd like to add that this all occurred on a Saturday evening, no less, and we thought we'd have to wait until Monday before someone would be able to help.
After an emergency plumber found and stopped the leak, he recommended Chris and Higher Standards Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. He called Chris on our behalf and, lo and behold, they were there to start the water mitigation process within the hour! Again, keep in mind that this was at 9pm on a Saturday night. What a lifesaver!
Chris is highly intelligent (which is refreshing), knowledgeable, and reassuring. His knowledge and modern high-tech equipment quickly determined the location and full extent of the damage to formulate his plan.
I can't say enough (obviously) about our experience with Chris and his crew. He's great at communicating throughout the process and very thorough- from telling you exactly how they're going to tackle the problem, to actually doing it, as well as dealing with and submitting ultra detailed reports to the insurance company on your behalf.
I hope our home doesn't ever have any water damage problems again but, if so, I wouldn't even consider anyone other than Higher Standards Carpet Cleaning and Restoration.”
