He helped me manage the process long distance. He went to bat for us with the insurance company by going to the house several times to inspect, both with and without the insurance person to make sure we got what was needed and appropriate. We were not able to be physically present for any of this process because we now live in Minnesota and I am sure that without Scott's help this process would have been much more difficult and complicated.
