“TWG Roofing is the Best!! We had a unique situation in that a hail storm damaged our roof the week after we moved to another state and had not sold that home yet. Scott was amazing! He helped me manage the process long distance. He went to bat for us with the insurance company by going to the house several times to inspect, both with and without the insurance person to make sure we got what was needed and appropriate. We were not able to be physically present for any of this process because we now live in Minnesota and I am sure that without Scott's help this process would have been much more difficult and complicated. I put off getting my mother’s roof redone because of concerns after seeing other contractors using improper installation methods. As a former roofer, I reached out to Keeter roofing and remodeling to talk to them about my concerns. Daryn himself promptly returned my call and we had a long conversation about roofing procedures. After talking with Daryn, I felt very confident with his knowledge and passion about doing the job correctly. Still a bit hesitant to hire the job out. We went ahead with the project they removed and replaced gutters, fascia,shingles, and installed gutter guards. We worked directly with Jake Cook.They had great attention to detail, from Jake's initial inspection, dealing directly with our insurance company to get us an accurate and fair settlement to the installation.One of our greatest worries outside of a proper job was the cleanup. We have four small children and had concern of them running barefoot in the yard, but they used their custom landscape protection nets and large lawn magnets to free us of those worries.
