Friendly staff and excellent customer service. I purchased a Brother PRS-100 here and have been in love with it.While my machine is an absolute workhorse, any thing with moving parts eventually needs serviced. Rod worked his tail off figuring out a problem that my machine was having and it stitches as good as it did when it was brand new! I couldn't be more grateful! =^-^=All of the staff here are more than happy to help you with any questions you have, or machine maintenance that you need.I'd definitely recommend this place, and I personally won't go anywhere else other than A1 for my local needs!

I went to A-1 Sewing Center, because I was having problems with my machine. After talking with Gary, about the challenges I was presently having, he gave me more information about my machine and how it worked. After which, I asked about a trade in and talked about some of the features I was looking for. Gary was professional, patient, and explain how the newer machine would definitely serve me better, without many of the challenges I was presently having. I needed help to replace a light bulb. A simple things, yet it had alluded me. I called several places and got lots of excuses why they could not help. A-1 said right away, bring it in. They sorted me out. Thank you.
