I’ve honestly never been someone who felt very comfortable getting massages, so I was pretty nervous at first. But Alicia Dale at Dynamic Bodyworks is so understanding, welcoming, and easy to be around that she immediately made me feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel relaxed during the entire appointment. The massages themselves have been amazing, and the overall experience has completely changed the way I feel about getting massage therapy. Highly recommend her if you’ve ever felt nervous or unsure about booking one for yourself.

Before going to Alicia, I’ll be honest — massage therapy wasn’t something I was comfortable with. But I’m dealing with a shoulder issue and trying everything I can to avoid surgery, so I stepped outside my comfort zone and booked with her at Dynamic Body Works.
