We stream the yoga classes online and have been lucky enough to attend a class in the studio. The staff and others attending the class are completely delightful and welcoming. Nothing short of amazing and pleasant. Aubrey is also an amazing massage therapist who gave me tons of relief from several injuries. I couldn’t speak highly enough or recommend this facility enough. Do yourself a favor and give this establishment a try, you won’t regret it!

I am a visitor to Wichita who has practiced yoga for over 30 years and attended Lisa's Sunday morning class hoping just to find a class where I could at least get some decent body work in. I got a lot more than that. I felt completely at home, as comfortable as though I was at home with my own long time teacher. What a wonderful instructor Lisa is, aware and even funny (what a real bonus). I cannot speak positively enough to describe my experience. Every time I am in Wichita I will attend this class. Thank you for being here.

Yoga Central is an amazing place to start or continue your yoga journey, staffed with truly kind and talented people. Especially excellent at accommodating injuries or body types that might otherwise prevent you from enjoying a positive yoga experience.
