They really took their time to help me with my form while I was there and the instructor was super nice and very explanatory!

I attended a class July 1 at 4:30 is was Pilates 1 Class the instructor was Jamie. Jamie is a master at showing and telling us how our bodies move. She explains as we work and it stays with us because she demonstrates and give examples like today, she held up a rubber band with one hand and of course the other end, was flabby and hanging. then she stretched the band between both hands and you saw a functioning muscle group! thank you Jamies for bringing all your knowledge and sharing it with us.
This place has become like a second home for me. The instructors and staff are committed to providing the most excellent customer service and take the time to really get to you. Heidi and Jaimee have been quite accommodating of my ever-changing work schedule. Studio is always clean and maintained well. Instructors are encouraging and friendly. I attend classes 2-3x a week and have seen significant results in my upper body and have experienced a decrease in hip pain. If you’re looking for a place to commit to as part of your overall health and wellness routine, look no further!
