Electricraft
“Absolutely World-Class Service and Integrity!
Following severe storm damage to my residential service drop line, ElectriCraft stepped up to handle my emergency reconstruction with unparalleled professionalism. Their field crew did an incredible job rebuilding the damaged riser, running new conductors, and installing a new weatherhead/mast kit module with 100% city code compliance.
While Evergy Corporation continuously dragged its feet and left a live, hazardous line sagging across my garage roof for over a month, the team at ElectriCraft showed what real consumer care looks like. Every single member of this team was outstanding:
• Kathy Gingery (Dispatcher/CSR): Provided phenomenal communications, acted as an aggressive intermediary pushing Evergy's corporate dispatch, and provided the absolute best support a customer could ask for over weeks of utility delays.
• Travis (Management): Showed incredible corporate character and true business ethics by personally reviewing my case file and completely writing off an additional technical call-out fee caused by Evergy's delays.
• Field Laborers & Electricians (Neil): Fast, safety-minded, highly skilled, and respectful of my property.
If you want a local company in Wichita that stands behind its work, possesses total financial integrity, and fiercely protects its residential customers, hire ElectriCraft. They earned a customer for life!”
