I have never been so glad to have walked through the doors of a building in my life! The people and atmosphere of this place are absolutely incredible. The instructors are the best. And the way you feel when you leave, is priceless!
Good studio here in Wichita for hot yoga, nice hot room. Traci is a great instructor, clear voice, good instruction for a newbie, easy to follow and at a good pace. Very therapeutic.
