Very friendly and knew how to resolve our problem/delay further repairs with the water heater. Worked quickly and also made sure to inform us on potential repairs in the future as well as giving an estimate on replacing the unit. We will be using them again when the time comes!

I called Browns Plumbing regarding a rushing water noise coming from behind my shower, having had the same area worked on by a different plumber a year and a half ago, I was assuming it was the same thing that needed fixed.Chris was so kind and helpful on the phone, I was at work all day and he told me to call him if the noise was much worse when I got home. It was, and he was so kind enough to come to my house, after hours, and teach me how to shut off my water.Being a woman you sometimes still run into contractors, mechanics etc who try to take advantage of women (in my experience) and it was so refreshing to not have that experience with Chris.Thank you for your respect,...read full review
