“My brother Mr. P is partially paralyzed due to a brain injury he sustained from a hit to the head. We love him dearly but it takes allot of patience to handle him. He struggles with incontinence and hygiene from time to time and is quite over weight. When his wife was killed in a auto accident, everything went down from there. He became withdrawn and not wanting to continue on with life. He became to much for me to handle on my own, while trying to juggle my family. Paige came to the rescue, caring for him, giving me some free time that I do much needed. I love my brother but he was extremely verbally abusive sometimes towards people trying to help him. Paige would always respond with kind words, taking into account he had brain damage. She was always willing to do what he asked with a smile on her face. I know caring for him was very difficult but Paige would never show anything but love and a bubbly uplifting personality. She deals with a lot caring for him, he can be quite stubborn. She always keeps a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Thank you Paige!!“

“Wow what a difference! My mother had a stoke in early January and then was diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia. Since her release from rehab, we have struggled to find the right person and company to fulfill our needs. We were very leery due to bad, if not even horrible experiences with other companies. With that said, we reluctantly agreed to give All Saints of Valley Center a try.
They sent out a young lady named Nenia and she walked in and treated my mother like she was her own. She listen to my Mom and Dad and went right to work. Non stop for 4 hours. She asked question and tended to my mothers every need. When she left the first day my folks and I were in awe! We immediately called and said we want Nenia every time! This was a huge relief for our family. Thank you All Saints for the outstanding care y’all provide!“

I also like that it is an all ladies Home Plus. Would recommend your loved one here! Even with the language barrier doesn’t stop mom from communicating or the staff from listening to her and meeting her needs.“

“First time ever using a nursing service. They helped me navigate getting everything lined up. Their employees were on time, kind, helpful not just with my mom, but helped my dad around the house. They did laundry, washed dishes, made coffee, and just had conversation when any of us needed to talk. If we needed to tweak service Always There took care of it. They called us a schedule of who was coming. Their care for my mom was wonderful. They worked with Hospice, and followed their instructions. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Always There you made a difficult time much easier. I felt very comfortable leaving my mom and dad in their care. Jean was awesome explaining their service, and they checked in to see how things were going every day or so.“
