I have dealt with back, neck and hip pain since a car accident 20+ years ago. I’ve seen many excellent PTs and Chiropractors without complete or lasting relief. When the last one told me I might just have to live with it after a major flare I decided to schedule with Jess as she had come highly recommended. My biggest regret is not seeing her sooner. This place is amazing. The instructors are incredible. I would not have made it through cancer treatment without Jessica and I now live pain free because of her. I also love their mat classes. Overall could not recommend enough.
