The tech was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and how we could check for pests on our own at a later date if we became concerned again. The services we chose to go with after inspection were very reasonably priced and perfect for our needs. She fully explained what she was doing and why. With Pink Pest we get professional service by knowledgeable, friendly staff. The company's policy of Ying pet and kid friendly chemicals is especially important to us. An added benefit is there is no awful smell when they are finished.Our ant and cave cricket problem has been virtually eliminated. We have often spread the news about this awesome company!
