This is just what a small business should be like. Polite, knowledgeable and generous with their time, we ended up not needing any service after all. They came out twice and not only to take any payment for all that effort. Definitely will be our first call in the future!
We had Pink Pests out today for a termite treatment, and I honestly could not be more impressed. From the first communication to the completion of the job, everything was professional, thorough, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
It’s hard to find companies these days that combine great customer service with quality work, but Pink Pests absolutely delivered. They were punctual, knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and clearly take pride in what they do. I feel so much better knowing the treatment was handled correctly and professionally.

I must apologize for my last review I had thought they brushing me off . Clearly that was not the case. This is a lesson to be learned on my part . Don't write anything that you will soon later regret! I have used their services 3 times this year making it the 3rd . The review is posted 4days ago. I should not have posted . But in a way I was blowing off steam I guess . After I posted it . The owner had stopped by and confronted me about I'm glad she did she said her part i said mine and turns out it was just a mis communication is all it was! And I felt so stupid!
