I’ve been seeing Emmy at Nails by Phoebe for about a year now and absolutely love the experience every time. The salon feels like a private little spa—it's either just me or one other customer, which makes it so much more personal and relaxing. Both Emmy and Phoebe are so sweet and funny, and the prices are very reasonable. They have TONS (literally 1k+) of dip powder colors to choose from, and Emmy is always up for the challenge when I bring her some last-minute, wild design I found online. Highly recommend!
I've gotten my nails done twice by Phoebe and I'm hooked! she is so detailed and attentive. no lifting or peeling on my nails at all. prices are also very reasonable especially for the level of skill involved. highly recommend both Phoebe and Emmy! 🥰
