My cat was having urinary blockage and was on the verge of dying and they got me in in less than an hour. I had never gone to them before and they still accepted me in quick. It was a hit to my wallet, but well within reason and definitely worth saving my furbaby's life.
Dr Terry is a saint! She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and has my elderly fur babies health in her best interest. I can not be anymore thankful for her and the treatment she gives us. Even having to have tough discussions about the future of my pet she shows nothing but love, empathy, and has shared her personal experiences with her own dogs. Without Dr Terry I feel like I would have lost my sweet dog long ago but she has put her on a treatment plan that has worked and has been affordable! I can't say enough great things about Oakcrest and everyone who works there! Jasmine is upbeat and always greets us with a smile at the front desk. We take our puppy, Lily, to Dr. Dugan who is so caring, gentle and informative with all our puppy questions and needs. We had a bit of an urgent appointment the other day and Dr. Ocampo was able to see Lily quickly. He and Sammantha were very caring and understanding and made us feel at ease with the situation and got our girl on the right path to feeling better.
