I was home on a Saturday night recovering from surgery when I was bit by a brown recluse spider. Due to the seriousness of the bite and the possibility it would have a serious negative effect on my surgery procedure, I went to the emergency room.
The following Monday I got a referral from a coworker for Bug Shockers. I called them that same day, explained I have had a brown recluse spider infestation since I moved into my apartment several years ago and I needed to get it resolved immediately.

I was feeling overwhelmed with how to proceed in dealing with the pest problem in and around our home. Matt came out, did a thorough assessment, explained to me and one of my adult children exactly what needed to be done (and what didn’t need to be done) to resolve the problem, and he presented us with a well designed plan of attack. Matt’s honesty and integrity were on clear display from the very beginning. I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have Bug Shockers in our corner. My only regret is not calling them sooner.
The owner came out for the initial inspection. We just moved in and are trying to avoid unwanted pests. The follow-up showed some activity outside and in the garage. They showed us what we needed to do. These guys are great and knowledgeable.
