Sisters Herndon Veterinary Clinic is highly praised for its excellent service and caring staff. Pet owners appreciate how comfortable their animals feel during visits, noting the kindness and patience of the team. The staff listens carefully to concerns and explains everything clearly, making clients feel confident in the care their pets receive. Even in urgent situations, the team goes above and beyond; for example, when a puppy needed emergency surgery, the staff stayed late to perform the procedure. Clients often mention how the staff treats pets like family and consistently provides a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Overall, clients are grateful for the compassionate care and are eager to return for their pets' ongoing needs.
Sisters Veterinary has been fantastic for all of our needs! Whether it's been for ear infections, skin rashes or the more difficult end of life decisions for a sick and aging pet. Everyone on staff has been so caring and helpful! In every interaction it's always apparent that they care deeply.
The doctor is very caring as well as everyone who works there. Our little kitty we rescued was in bad shape and they helped her so much. She is doing great now. We are very grateful to them! This is a great clinic!😊
Brought my kitty here today (mind you she’s sweet at home but very fearful/aggressive at the vet). I just truly appreciate how kind the staff was and the care was excellent. Shoutout to Dallas doing the most for my poor girl even when she was grumpy. It was so good to see such care even to a difficult patient. I appreciate that they recognized it for what it was- fear. She’s truly a sweetheart and we love her to death. Thank you guys so much for getting us in last second even though we weren’t clients! Roo is grateful for your care (though it may have been begrudgingly accepted by her). I would highly recommend Sisters Vet!
