She not only shampooed my hair, but also blow-dried and styled it for me. She was warm, caring, and incredibly attentive the entire time. You could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I left feeling confident and taken care of.

I have been here several times and the ladies are always very through, professional and kind! I hear a lot of comments about tips, but I want to chime in here- keep in mind these ladies are new to this country, are probrobly paying high rent and rely on tips to survive. So, it is always good to tip 35, 50 percent if you can.

I have gotten my last couple of haircuts here and have been impressed every time. The owner and staff are friendly and the barbers do a fantastic job. Nadia is amazing at what she does. The great thing is they also take Zelle and Venmo now. Makes it very convenient. Will be coming back.

Absolutely amazing no chip manicure! I am past three weeks and it is still in perfect condition. No chips or lifted edges. My pedicure is the same situation and those weren’t no chip. The ladies there are also absolutely lovely. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Came here with my sisters and mom a couple days before my wedding day, and I left with amazing bridal nails. I finished a long day at work and just wanted to zone out and treat myself to a gel manicure. She's either a kindred spirit or caught my vibes because it was a comfortable silence the whole time. No constant asking for services I didn't want or questions about my personal life or casual chit chat. Personally I love that.
Her technique/steps are a little different than what i'm used to but the results are immaculate. Keep in mind I haven't had a manicure in at least two years & I was dealing in shipping & I'm a nail biter when stressed. These nails were REVIVED.

The pedi service includes a relaxing massage and scrub, which was a nice bonus. Everything felt clean, efficient, and relaxing. It felt a little expensive to me of $40 for a regular pedicure but my friend said that felt normal to her so to each their own! Regardless would definitely recommend ??

I love Nelson's Salon. I don't get my haircut often, bi-annually like a ruffian. Everytime I go in, I barely know what I want. I barely want a haircut much less know how I want it to look. Everytime, Nelson listens to what I have in mind, and has convinced me out of rash decisions (I told him to take off way more hair than would have looked good, confirmed after seeing the results)
He is great at conversation and can explain to you every question about your hair, to the why this or that happens, and how to take care of it. He doesn't try and sell me products. He just takes care of my hair. I recommend Nelson to any and everyone, but as a guy with long hair, I'd say Nelson is your man!

Mike originally came out after I had received a quote from another company, and I’m so glad I decided to go with Badger Plumbing instead. My parents introduced me to their services years ago, and my mom has been using their business since 1999 — there’s a reason she’s been so loyal!

Dr. Ma explained everything thoroughly, was compassionate, had great bedside manners, and told me a diagnosis, prescribed what was needed for a good prognosis, and told me what to do at home as well to have a successful outcome. Feeling better already after 9-11 days of being ill prior to this appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Ma.
We had a crossover problem between sanitary and storm, also water seepage on two sides of our almost 100 year old foundation. DiFranco Plumbing came out waterproofed our foundation and corrected our crossover problem, all within a week. Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the final landscaping and cleaned all sidewalks and driveways. Would highly recommend them.
I have been using AGE ELEC WIRING LLC for different projects in our house and my kids properties as well. They’re professional, reliable, and affordable. Most importantly, everything up to code and up to schedule. They pick up the phone every time and show up shortly after. We referred them with friends and relatives. They’re the way to go for electrical services.
I keep re-reading Wil J's horribly shortsighted review and I cannot fathom what his beef is with Tom. Had Hummingbird install a 8.55kwv solar array and the system is already outproducing our anticipated output for winter expectations. Perhaps If William did a bit more initial research, he'd realize that 2.5kwv max on a 3k system is not abnormal. In fact if he's getting that as an average in the Chicago area, that's actually a decent output. Getting a reasonable ROI for solar is very difficult in Illinois for a dozen + reasons and you can't blame the installer if you can't figure that part out. Tom was straightforward and frank with setting project expectations. He was always honest and accurate with his quotes and billing and saved me over $5000+ compared to other quotes on the project. He and his guys have done two relatively major electrical projects in the house since the solar install and my wife and I have been happy with his work.Tom's a local small business man and can only be in so many places at once. 4.5 stars for some (mostly understandable) project lag, and very minor work area clean up annoyances by some of his workers.

Great experience working with Northern Flooring on replacing our old floors w/ prefinished Mirage hardwood. David was very helpful early in the process w/ flooring options and selection. He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. We consulted three other contractors but Jason & Brian really made Northern Flooring stand out. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo. Jason and Brian took their time and were focused on doing the work properly, which we really appreciated. We're very happy with the final product and getting great feedback from family and friends already!

From the very beginning, Jeff guided me through patio design, materials, and project planning. He came up with a perfect layout during our first meeting, and I received visuals and a proposal the same day. The team handled the permitting process seamlessly and met with me again to finalize materials, even making a few last-minute adjustments I requested.

The team proactively pulled me aside to check/verify each part looked good and complete to my expectations prior to finishing up. They did a great job with clean up as well. Crew navigated equipment skillfully around extensive plantings with minimal contact. Thorough removal of dead limbs and shaping of remaining branches. Cleanup was attentive and the request to leave chipped branches/mulch was met with courteous accommodation.

This is the second time we've used Chris to remove trees on our property. We also had him trim up a few trees. His crew is extremely respectful and were very professional. They made sure they did not damage any personal property and were cognizant of the neighbors' property too. We had him quote the job on Monday, where he did a walk through on our property with us. We agreed to have the job done on Wednesday and after the job was completed, he did another walk through with us to ensure the job was completed as agreed upon. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. Chris was able to tell us what kind of trees were all on our property, which was cool to learn. He even came back the next day to split logs for our fire pit. 100% would use this company again and again. Would recommend to a friend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Vartan for the last 5-6 months for lower back pain. Before seeing him I couldn’t get out of bed without pain. Everyone in this office is like family. I don't feel like I'm showing up to an appointment I feel like I'm stopping at a friend's real quick before work. I have been coming to Dr. Nate for over 10 months now. My first day I was looking for a quick fix to pain I didn't even understand. During the consultation I admitted I was skeptical about Chiropractics but I was willing to try anything after years of pain. Dr. Nate listened to everything I shared about my hopes and goals but also my doubts and concerns. It felt like he wanted me to ask questions and he wanted to give me the answers. He told me straight out he fully believed he could help me but that it wasn't going to be a series of band-aid adjustments to mask the pain or target easy relief. No Dr. Nate made it clear that his focus was on total health. We created a plan to target the source of the problem but first we had to build back up the foundation of my body riddled with stress and years of bad habits on top of the issues that brought me to his door in the first place. He explained everything until he was sure it made sense to me. There was never any high pressure medical talk. He had no problem taking as much time as I needed.
Ill never forget when Dr. Nate told me that if I was looking for a Doctor that would keep me happy with basic adjustments to fight my end of the line symptoms he fully understood and would even give me a referral but in that case he didn't think he could take me on as a patient. In this world of a million options for care I was amazed at that level of honesty and genuine interest in my needs. Dr. Nate has built his practice behind personalized care and genuine relationships with his all his patients. Pain or discomfort or even just the simple wish to feel your best may get you to come but the truly good people here and the honesty and knowledge of Dr. Nate will get you to stay.

I have been a patient at Illinois Spinal Care for over a year now and have seen great success with chiropractic care for recovery from back injury, as well as routine maintenance to keep my slightly twisted scoliosis spine, hips and body aligned and moving well. I like to run, a lot, and getting treatment at ILSC helped keep me hitting the pavement in 2025 to completing a marathon, almost 2,000 miles of running thru the year and most importantly living a back-pain free life in my day to day work/life. Dr. Fager has helped me recover from a number of equine related accidents over the last several years with patience and kindness. I also go in at least once a month now to help maintain my body better. It's worth the trip for me as it has made a definite difference in the pain I once dealt with daily.
Dr. Fisher and Chris are awesome. They were extreme knowledgeable, helpful and also hilarious. They worked with my schedule and even stayed late because I couldn’t get there sooner. My best memory would be when I came in full of pain saying that I couldn’t do much that day. They both jokingly gave me crap ( but in a good way ), made me realize that I was being ridiculous and insisted that I did SOMETHING, I am forever grateful because I left there feeling better. You cannot go wrong with these 2!
I have been a patient of Dr. Adam for over 15 years. With frequent adjustments I remain without pain. I know when I have missed a couple weeks because the joints hurt and my posture worsens due to sitting at a computer most of the day.
He keeps me healthy and out of pain! I walk in the door with pain and out the door with it gone!

My dog Bella had an emergency Monday morning, scared and unsure what was going on, she is only 6 years old. The staff was great getting me in asap to get a diagnosis. After a few tests we were told our dog had Bladder Stones and needed surgery.
Dr. Flahaven did an emergency surgery that same afternoon to remove many large bladder stones. The surgery went well and he covered everything from diet to meds and recovery. Thank you for saving our little Bella life. We are so grateful to have such an experienced, compassionate and professional team at Deer Grove for all our vet care.

With so many varied skills at her disposal, she is able to approach the body with versatility in treatment style, applying hot rocks or thermal wraps or other methods depending on the client’s needs and preferences. I began working with her to address scar tissue in my abdomen from various major cancer-related surgeries, and she utilized Mayan abdominal massage techniques with the confidence of a seasoned practitioner. I now make the drive from the city once a month as part of my ongoing self-care, knowing that the treatment that awaits, in her wooded retreat, is worth every mile.
Got a massage walk in as I was passing the area and me right in and it was nice. The place is on my way to work usually so finally decided to check it out will come back again.
Very very good massage in a very clean and comfortable environment. I needed a lot of work on my knees, calves and feet. The therapist used reflexology techniques to calm my plantar fasciitis. So relaxing I fell asleep. My knees and feet never felt better.
I’ve been coming back here because of Cathy. She did a really fantastic job with each massage session I have with her. I feel sore before I enter the place, and felt relieved after the massage with Cathy. I highly recommend this place. Will he coming back for sure.
I have been here several times and the ladies are always very through, professional and kind! I hear a lot of comments about tips, but I want to chime in here- keep in mind these ladies are new to this country, are probrobly paying high rent and rely on tips to survive. So, it is always good to tip 35, 50 percent if you can.

5 stars all to Yola. I was referred to see Yola and i'm glad to have been able to cross paths with her and get treatment from her. She has been working with me for a few months and i've learned so much from her about my pain points and triggers and where a lot of my pain is stemming from. We've been carefully working through a few injured areas. She really cares about you, listens, and is thorough. Her therapy style provides me relief and consistently seeing her she's the only one that's really been able to provide the most relieft i've had for my occipital neuralgia in the last 2.5 years, I have more range of rotation in my neck, my shoulder feels less frozen and i'm hopeful to continue working through the rest of my issues.
