I have chronic migraines with tension headaches, and had been struggling with one for 6 days prior to my appointment so as a final desperate attempt to break the cycle I booked a 90 min massage for 1/26/26. Cheryl helped me significantly and by the next day I had relief! She listened to my concerns, was very kind, she knew exactly where to stretch and manipulate to help relax the muscles that were so tense. The heated massage table was a big plus too.
