They listen to customers' concerns and make sure they leave feeling confident and taken care of. The staff is thorough and makes sure haircuts are to exact liking. They also do a great job with dying and beard trimming. The shop offers additional services like shampooing, blow-drying, and styling. The barbers and stylists are friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make things right. Customers highly recommend the shop and its staff, including Lillianna, Viki, Natalia, Eduardo, Nadia, and others. They do an amazing job and provide a wonderful experience. The shop is a great place to get a haircut, highlights, and coloring done. Overall, Barber Shop Av. & Hair Salon provides rare customer service and is highly recommended.
Kait completely turned my experience around today. After my first haircut, I left feeling unhappy with how it looked. My wife even said it didn’t look like me, so I decided to go back and see if it could be fixed. Kait approached me with kindness and asked what she could do to help make things right. I told her I would feel more comfortable having her fix it instead of the original stylist trying again, and I was fully willing to pay.
She gave me a true night-and-day transformation. Since I was going to be late for work if I had to go home and rinse out all the hair, I asked for a shampoo. She not only shampooed my hair, but also blow-dried and styled it for me....read full review

Viki is amazing too. She did a great job with my haircut and took her time. Excellent work with dying my beard.

Went for my fiancé’s haircut and I got a great blowout by Nadia! while I waited!! Lilliana did a fabulous job on him! She spent the time on his hair and beard and he looks like a new man! ❤️ Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!
