Ive noticed such a difference in my body and definitely notice a difference if I miss a week or 2! All of the instructors are great as well. I love that the class sizes are on the smaller side so that the teachers can correct your form or alter a move, if necessary. Overall, great place!“

“I have been taking Walk for Life with Bonnie since Fall 2011 and have recommended it to many friends. Bonnie makes the class fun with different music and you don;t realize how hard you are working. I am so disappointed when I am unable to attend. Look forward ti more sessions at Forest View.“
