Once we had decided to build a larger house in/around Inverness, we examined several properties and builders. Having met with Peter and Kathy Di Iorio we settled on Dior Builders, owing to their architectural/design style, the quality of the residences they took us through, the properties (particularly, Glencrest III), and the ease with which the builder-buyer relationship developed. I built my Dior Home 15 years ago and it's still my dream home. Everything about it from the open floor plan to the high ceilings and quality workmanship, is perfect. Everyday when I drive up after work, I feel like "Who is lucky enough to call that home?" I've recently started talking to agents about putting my home on the market and have had realtors say they have clients specifically looking for a Dior Home. Peter and Kathy have been amazing from the beginning. I originally met them as my builders but now consider them my friends.

Dior Builders worked with us to design and build a house on our existing lot. At our initial meeting, Peter DiIorio said he would be available to meet with us at any time and place, twenty-four hours a day before, during and after the project. He was true to his word.We were fortunate the have the benefit of Dior’s experience in design. We had a basic idea of what we wanted, but their ideas and finishing touches added much more to the finished design.During the project, Dior addressed any changes we wanted from the original plan without delay.The quality of workmanship and materials was excellent.
