I had my first ever facial with Zoe a few months ago and it was HEAVEN ON EARTH, to say the least. My 2nd facial was by another lady at another location and I didn't care much for her or the facial. Then I had Zoe again for my 3rd facial tonight and it was equally amazing as the first time. She's sweet as pie and the way she does her facials is soothing and hypnotic. I highly recommend her, and the cold globe things. Those feel amazing.

This saloon is an incredible place with many highly professional therapists: this far I had massage from many different MTs and all of them were especially talented and focused on their work. Front Desk, and Jessica specifically, do a diligent work that is also worth mentioning. Keep up the good work!

So I came to this location because the one closer to my house did not have great reviews and let me tell you Palatine did not disappoint. I requested Laura who was highly recommended via the reviews I seen on here and she was amazing! I literally have no complaints. I’ve been to multiple locations in multiple cities and this is by far my best experience. I will be back for you Laura! Thank you.
