I have never had more immediate, knowledgeable, compassionate service from any home repair professional. I called at 8:30 PM--PM!!!--because we sprung a leak in our upstairs master bath. It had already filled the light fixture on the first floor and leaked to the basement. We couldn't turn off the water source because we were afraid if we forced it too much, it would totally pop off. Mike called us back (thank you) and even though he was clearly tired and had hauled, carried and installed three water heaters that day, he said he would come and at least turn off the water supply.
