The Team at Illinois Bone and Joint in Palatine is the best. Everyone seems to enjoy working together to help people get well. D.P.T. Shannon is an efficient, hardworking, dedicated professional. The techs (Lucy and Troy), all the receptionists, and Rachel on the phone are a pleasure to work with. Although no one wants to go to PT these guys make it easy.

Having had PT through Loyola once and Northwest Community twice, they cannot compare to the experience I had at IBJI Palatine. Excellent, clean facility; friendly and professional front desk staff, exceedingly good PT and PTA, Chuck and Sam, helpful and friendly PT techs (Mattie, Stephanie Jake and one woman whose name I can’t remember). I was pushed to do what I needed to do after TKA and advised on what to do at home. I never had a question that wasn’t answered and explained. Would recommend this facility to everyone. I had an outstanding experience with my Physical Therapy with Illinois Bone & Joint Therapy Institute in Palatine! I was always greeted by staff behind the counter! I worked with Chuck , and he was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, always giving positive comments/reinforcements, sense of humor, explained reason of how the exercises would help me, and gave me handouts/videos to use at home!
