Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Listens to the clients. Very friendly and personable. Knows How to Work a program to gradually Increase mobility In my shoulder. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy.
Amazing service and care from the front door reception through surgery and into physical therapy. There are 2 deficits that are being worked on, along with increasing my strength. But the care and treatment has been remarkable.
I will recommend this facility as the place to go if the patient requires P.T. due to arthritis, bone deterioration or an accident.
The physical therapists at the Palatine location are very personable, patient and kind as they guided me through my exercises. The receptionists at the desk are also very welcoming when patients arrived and when leaving.
Dr. Ludkowski and the staff at the Arlington Hts. office on Central Avenue were also very welcoming during my appointments at their office.
Overall, excellent experience when dealing with employees at both locations.
