“My sales rep Brian Shaughnessy. He worked with us very well. The roofing crew did the hard work. My suggestions for improvement: 1. Have the manager on site at the time of roof installation as the crew may not be fluent in English, 2. Recommend wider gutters for a home of my size because of potential clogging, 3. Take on other job functions such as any bad wood replacement as a result of possible covered damage such as hail even though it is a little hard to prove. 4. Provide and delegate more power to your sales person who is in contact with the customer, 5 Accept electronic payment.“
“Had a leak in my roof by the chimney. Roof is 8 years old. The previous roofing company that installed the roof did not flash the chimney, and this was the cause of the leak. Gustafson Roofing came promptly to my house, identified the problem, offered me a written estimate the next day, and came three days later with a 5 man roofing crew and all of the correct materials to reroof a section of the roof, flash the chimney, and end the leak. They did very professional work, completed the job, and cleaned the site. The price was the same as the estmate. Would use them for a new roof in the future when that day arrives!“

“Our new roof was installed Nov. 24, 2021 two days before the Thanks Giving holiday and we were completely satisfied with the materials and the workmanship that W. Brothers and the entire crew delivered beyond our expectation. From John Wentz and his brother Rob were very knowledgeable and expert in their field. First week of July 2023 i have notice there were couple of issues that has to be address, so i immediately called and informed John Wentz, he returned my call the same day and told me that they are going on a vacation during the 4th holiday and they will resolve my issues after. A week after the holiday i called John W.to remind him about my issues which he never ever made any excuses and within two days his crew of 7 started correcting my roof issue. My compliments to John Wentz, his brother Rob and his entire crew for taking care of their customers and for a job well done.
