We had a water leak coming from under the bathtub. The team came out, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. Due to a busy schedule, the repair was planned for a few days later, which was communicated in advance and was understandable.

I especially want to mention David - very professional and pleasant to work with. He handled everything clearly over the phone. Felix, the plumber who inspected the issue, was also very knowledgeable and professional. There was another technician assisting him as well (unfortunately, I did not catch his name), and they all worked well together.

Regarding pricing, the inspection and replacement of the bathroom overflow cost $900.
They are fully licensed and insured, which is usually required by associations and HOAs.
