We had a water leak coming from under the bathtub. The team came out, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. Due to a busy schedule, the repair was planned for a few days later, which was communicated in advance and was understandable.

Matt came to my house for a call and he did a great job assessing and analyzing the problem and checking to make sure everything was in order and working fine before leaving.
