“My sales rep Brian Shaughnessy. He worked with us very well. The roofing crew did the hard work. My suggestions for improvement: 1. Have the manager on site at the time of roof installation as the crew may not be fluent in English, 2. Recommend wider gutters for a home of my size because of potential clogging, 3. Take on other job functions such as any bad wood replacement as a result of possible covered damage such as hail even though it is a little hard to prove. 4. Provide and delegate more power to your sales person who is in contact with the customer, 5 Accept electronic payment.“

“Robert did a great job, professionally cleaning the carpet for my upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms and then another bedroom carpet in the lower level. The carpet had some pet stains and he was thorough and complete, as well as respectful of my home and furnishings.“
