“first contact was easy, texted them on a saturday expecting nothing back til monday and got a reply within like an hour. quote was clear, no weird upcharges or trying to sell me a package i didnt need. i just wanted a deep clean before family came in for the holidays and they figured out what i actually needed based on a few questions. day of the clean the two ladies showed up right at the start of the window, brought their own stuff, didnt need anything from me. i went out for a few hours and came back to a house that smelled like nothing which honestly is what you want, not that fake lemon smell. bathrooms were the big thing for me and the grout looked way better than it has in a while. they also caught dust on top of the door frames which i never even think about. will be having them back on a regular schedule”
