As a first-time puppy mom, I had a ton of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.<br><br>The staff is super informative and explains everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decisions. My Penelope also doesn’t seem stressed when we go, which says a lot about how gentle and patient they are.<br><br>Their prices are very reasonable, and I really appreciate the discounted rates on Mondays and Tuesdays—it makes such a difference.<br><br>ALSO, I LOVE how they give you an estimate first before they do anything so I’m not surprised by pricing too.<br><br>You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners.
