“I appreciate Dr Kubicki. I followed him from his office in McHenry where he had taken over Dr Fontana's practice. He took time with me as I am a diabetic. I chose new glasses which after insurance was nearly $500. I assumed I could pay 50% immediately and the balance when I picked up my new glasses. This has been the standard for 55 years that I have had glasses so imagine my surprise when I was told that the full amount had to be paid up front! Though I understand that Dr Kubicki now works for a corporation, I am very disappointed.“

“I love Gustafson Eye Care!!! Growing up in Lake Zurich, I saw Dr. Tabak in Barrington, IL up until several years after college. However, when we moved to Mount Prospect, I wanted to find a closer eye doctor. After having numerous turnover eye doctors at Buffalo Grove Walgreens ophthalmologist- I finally found a new home at Gustafson Eye Care! They are amazing and I will continue to go there and take my daughter there. I also have had several odd eye problems. From my lazy eye, to losing my eyesight completely in one eye, to Lasik eye surgery not working for me, they have been able to help me with everything! I love them, and I could not recommend better ophthalmologists!“
