Stumbled across this salon when looking for a blow out - and haven't stopped going! Karie is now my go-to & does a great job with my color!! Donna (the owner) did my latest perm and I couldn't be happier. I travel for work but will make time to go to Chicago & get my hair done!
Tried this salon out for a blow dry before an event. It was incredibly easy to make an appointment through their site and received text and email confirmations. Kari was great and my blow out was better than expected. I will be coming back for more and potentially make it a regular thing since it's so close to home. Great Job Ross Salon!
I felt really comfortable going there with all of the sanitation precautions in place. They check your temperature before entering. The stylist has a mask and plastic protective face covering. They don't let any customers touch the products or door handles. I had my hair dyed with L'Anza hair dye. It is a high quality dye. It didn't hurt my scalp at all, while other salon dyes have hurt my scalp.
