She explained in great detail how the whole process of monument construction happens at Peter Troost, informing me of all the timeframes and giving a good advice about when the initial planning should be done, so the company will be able to finish everything in a timely manner.
Lisa took a lot of time letting me choose just the right graphics and texts. I changed my mind at least twice, and each time Lisa had another meeting with me at the time that was convenient for me, patiently listening and helping me with changes. I never felt rushed or pressured in our meetings.
I also appreciate Lisa's support and sensitivity whenever we talked about my late mother. It is very important to feel understood and to be treated with respect and kindness that Lisa always showed me.
