I went to get a keratin treatment and haircut with Nim . I did not sure what hair style I wanted . I took many pictures on internet to show them to Nim. She helped me pick out the hair cut that was cutely perfect with my round face. With her artistic eyes, I got a lot of compliments from my coworkers.
Also, my keratin treatment was amazing. My hair was softer, more smooth than it was before. Nim also recommended what product I should use to maintain my easy hairstyle because I did not have much time to do my hair. I just wanted to get up and go. Great service.

Working with Julie and the Do’s and Dye team for my wedding day was one of the best decisions I could have made! Right from the beginning their bridal team was communicative and transparent regarding services and pricing. Tracy, the bridal manager, answered all of my questions throughout the process and responded so quickly to all my emails. They were proactive in scheduling me for my hair and makeup trial, and my stylists Alyssa and Nicole made my vision come to life better than I ever could have dreamed. On wedding day, all four stylists got everyone’s hair and makeup done on time and we were running early all day because of it! Everyone was so happy with their glam; the team listened to everyone and were so sweet and kind. I felt like the best version of myself in my hair and makeup! I cannot recommend Do’s and Dye enough for your wedding glam. You will not be disappointed!!

My six year old son hadn’t gotten a haircut in probably five months because he struggles with feeling “itchy” from the hair and sitting for awhile. Karen was incredible with him. She was so patient and did an amazing job on his hair! The vibe there is awesome and there was so much cool stuff on the walls for him to look at while we waited. I decided to change salons to somewhere closer to home. I am very happy with the haircut that Nicole gave me. I told her how much I wanted cut off and showed her a picture of what I was looking for and I got exactly what I was looking for. I will try some highlights next time.
Service was impeccable. I absolutely love my son’s perm! We wanted natural-looking curls with plenty of movement, and the results exceeded our expectations. The curls look soft, bouncy, and blend beautifully with his hair—they don’t look overly tight or artificial at all.
The stylist Jenny took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained the entire process, which made us feel comfortable and confident. His hair still feels healthy, and styling it each morning is so much easier. He has received so many compliments, and people are surprised to learn it’s a perm because it looks so natural. After getting my hair colored in NYC for many years, made the switch to something closer to home and was very happy with the results. Kelly did an amazing job on my balayage. She has been cutting my hair now for a couple years as well, and my hair has never been healthier. I also got a blowout by Bri a few weeks back, and she did an amazing job. Emma is the best! I have been seeing Emma for years now and I trust no one else with my brows. She always goes above and beyond for me. I typically get a brow tint and wax or recently we have tried a brow lamination that she recommended and I LOVE THE WAY IT TURNED OUT. Keep in mind I barely have any brow hairs as it is and she makes it look so full. She is also very accommodating, willing to work on what you’re comfortable with. For example sometimes I don’t want to wax right under my brow for personal skin issues and instead I want to tweeze it, She accommodates! She is Always willing to work with you. Besides being a brow specialist, Emma is an amazing person always asking me about life, movies, trips, and recommendations of course! You need to book her asap! Highly recommend!

This was my first time at European Wax Center. I saw Naysha for upper lip, underarms, lower legs, and Brazilian. She was great. Very friendly and I felt I had less pain than I normally do during waxes.

Very easy scheduling. Due to her busy schedule she prefers booking directly off her IG: @beautybarbyjanet but she is also happy to accept calls in between clients. Her chic salon is in the high-end of West Hartford in the Blue Back Square in the Marshalls plaza, so ample free parking. She has elevator services that’ll take you up to her suite, concierge can walk you down to her. She is always happy to see her clients and honestly it feels like visiting a good friend. The loft is super cute and very inviting. Her lashing is superb, i loved that she listened to what I envisioned and she was super professional in her recommendations to protect the integrity of my natural lashes. I have gone to a LOT of technicians and honestly I immediately could tell the difference in going to a certified tech vs going to her who is licensed. My lashes lasted 3-4 weeks before I needed a mini fill. Her prices are reasonable compared to others. The music is always on point, the deep relaxation is immediate when you arrive. I’ll continue to go to her. Def recommend.

We had our heater die on us right before the winter and Advance Plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and got us up and running fast! The whole process and installation of the new boiler went smoothly from start to finish and they also fixed my main water shutoff. They showed up on time, did great work and left everything clean. Their prices may not be the lowest, but the workmanship is second to none. When they fix something, it’s fixed right the first time. I’ve never had to call them back because of a repair.
As a long-time customer, I have also appreciated how responsive they are during emergencies. After a winter storm and cold spell, an outdoor water faucet burst. They got someone to my house right away.

Called Ted's for a gas leak 10am , they had a repair guy there by lunch and fixed by 2 . They installed a water line for ice maker while there also . Highly recommend. Fast and reasonable price.

I contacted them recently during an incredibly stressful time when my son was unexpectedly hospitalized and I needed to have his apartment cleaned and ready for him to come home and recover. I was very upfront with them from the beginning — I told them the apartment was ROUGH and this was not going to be an ordinary cleaning job. As my son has been unwell for a few months.
After hearing what was going on, they rearranged their entire schedule so they could come the very next day. That alone meant more to me than I can say.
They were kind, professional, compassionate and completely nonjudgmental. They tackled an apartment that needed a significant amount of work, and the transformation was incredible. They cleaned, organized, removed trash and took care of areas that were honestly overwhelming. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves.
When they were finished, I could finally look at my son's apartment and feel relieved knowing he would be coming home from the hospital to a clean, comfortable space where he could concentrate on getting better. At a time when I had more than enough to worry about, Family Cleaners took one enormous worry completely off my shoulders.
I was so impressed with their work that I've already asked them for pricing on having them return once or twice a month after my son is home so we can keep things from ever becoming overwhelming again.

I bought a duplex in Oct 2025 and the previous owner built a fence out of something that resembled “chicken wire,” covering it with something to make it look nice, but it looked horrible. As always, efficient friendly and competent treatment. Not usually, not most of tge time, EVERY visit. A crown from a miar came iff this morning chewing a gummy vitamin. I called, the saw me at 12:30 pm, and bty 1:10 pm I was on my way. The dentist looked, xrayed, and recemente the crown after fitting it perfectly. I have said it before, I HATE going to rhe dentist, but I LOVE this practice. Not a weak link in the chain...:)
Dr. Wilson is wonderful! He was able to save my broken tooth and put on a crown rather than having it pulled. I am so grateful for his patience and expertise!
I’ve been seeing Dr Saferin since she started. I have no reason to look any further. I had an emergency, called that morning would have seen me the same day Everyone is so kind and reassuring and you are never rushed everything just works smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend !

The best decision I ever made!!!! I started coming here about a month ago, I have severe scoliosis with a 60+ degree curve. Doctor Graham was very upfront with me letting me know it won’t fix the curvature but can help alleviate the pain and get my spine moving again. So far only a month in that’s exactly what it’s doing! I haven’t had any headaches since i’ve started coming and no more lower back nerve pain! I couldn’t have found a better team. Sarah is also fantastic she calmed my nerves immediately the first day. The two together make it feel homey and you build a bond from the start! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for my spine!!!
They also have a very cute dog in the office name penny. Sweetest pup ever.
Dr. Moshe is a miracle worker. My four year old daughter has struggled with meltdowns, profound sensory issues, and a rigid need for control and consistency most of her life. All professional evaluations come back as her just having an “over active nervous system”. Within two weeks of being treated by Dr. Moshe she became a different child. The meltdowns were less often and less intense, she easily got dressed, change of plans or change in routine no longer induced massive tantrums. Even she could feel the difference and would ask if she was going to see Dr. Moshe today. We are so grateful!

Dr. Barry was very informative and helpful on our first visit while he completed the assessment. He is different than other chiropractors I have gone to as he listens to the patient and responds. Since starting, not only is my pain decreasing but the adjustments seem to be supporting a better me overall. I feel more like my old self and am impressed with how the adjustment have helped with mental clarity and feeling overall better.

I was in dire need of a massage, and they took me as a walk-in. My massage therapist was so good. She was very sweet and wanted me to have just the right pressure. I really needed a massage for my aches and pains today. She taylored it perfectly to my needs. The best thing was getting a complimentary Mango Iced Tea as I left.
I look forward to my sessions with Matt each month. He makes every knot just melt away. And each session is so meditative and relaxing it's like a full mind/body reset each month.

Initially, I booked a massage here because I needed to use up some Class Pass points and this place had good ratings. But my first massage far exceeded my expectations and now I am a returning customer. Kasha got rid of my jaw pain, and my hip pain on the first session. My jaw has never felt better. I think it's a superb massage at a great price. Thanks Kasha! See you again soon :)
Note: Kasha doesn't use a ton of oil. I personally like that because I don't feel like a gross mess after putting my clothes on. It's just enough to do the massage but not be overly slick.
Parking is a bit tricky. The parking lot is small and it's usually pretty full. Get here a bit early just to ensure you find a spot.
They do have a bathroom! As someone with GI issues this is a huge plus for my bathroom anxiety. You just have to ask for the key and it's down the hall.
I would say the place is pretty accessibility friendly. The parking lot is a bit tough, but there are no steps to get in and there's an elevator going upstairs. The bathroom is probably big enough for an average wheelchair too.
My partner and I went for a 75 min couples massage, and it was exactly what we needed:- The appointment email offered very easy to follow directions to the office, and staff were incredibly welcoming when we got there. - The two therapists we had were very knowledgeable and responsive to our respective needs. -The space was clean, and all staff wore masks the entire time. Overall very relaxing experience. Will be back again!

Spa Envy has a very natural and medicinal approach to your body health. It’s a great source for ideas for muscle relief and relaxation. Leah does a great job with stretching. They now have cupping for muscle pain relief.

Dr Han is, by far, the most skilled, knowledgeable acupuncturist I have been to. Having had a nagging cough that wouldn’t go away after Covid, I made an appointment with Dr. Han. His treatments began to work and my cough improved. He then suggested herbal medicine that made a huge difference added to his regular acupuncture. Additionally, he has helped reduce a long-time lower back pain that has disappeared. I have learned to rely on him for strong and effective support for a variety of other aging issues. The cost is very reasonable which allows me to continue treatment as needed. I recommend him without reservation.
