Got a beautifully clean sides faded and layering done on the part of my hair I'm growing out. Very careful hands with the scissors and clippers! Never caught my skin or ear, no discomfort from the clippers the whole time (unlike experiences I've had at major haircut stores). I didn't get the name of the stylist who took care of me, but I had to leave a good review because I haven't been this happy with a haircut from anywhere in a long while! There's coffee, tea, and bottled water in the waiting area, and the entire place was very clean. I was a walk-in, so I had a (very short) wait, but it was well worth it, and I was helped very quickly considering it was a Friday afternoon!
I got my haircut with Kristina and I am obsessed! The salon itself is sooooo cute and everyone is so friendly. Kristina did a great job with my hair and I’m for sure coming back to Mane Loft next time I’m getting my hair done!

I went to get a keratin treatment and haircut with Nim . I did not sure what hair style I wanted . I took many pictures on internet to show them to Nim. She helped me pick out the hair cut that was cutely perfect with my round face. With her artistic eyes, I got a lot of compliments from my coworkers.
Also, my keratin treatment was amazing. My hair was softer, more smooth than it was before. Nim also recommended what product I should use to maintain my easy hairstyle because I did not have much time to do my hair. I just wanted to get up and go. Great service.

I love this place. Shania is not only great at what she does, but genuinely great to talk to as well! They're super clean and professional and only do natural nails which I love because going into salons that smell like all the gel/acrylic fumes gives me a headache. Also since its by appointment only you never have to wait!
I love this salon! My cuticles are rough and I’m guilty of biting my nails, but they are always so gentle and delicate throughout the whole process. The place is super clean, the staff is kind, and the owner is just lovely. I always leave feeling so cared for and my nails looking amazing!

I really enjoy getting my mani pedi at Sue’s, she is very progressional, super gentle and leaving the nails in awesome shape. My dip powder mani has lasted 1month+. She quickly responds to schedule an appointment with multiple available slots and gives a personalized service as she is the only person working there. I also enjoy my chats with her. 100% recommend getting your nails done with Sue!

I don’t usually review nail salons because they tend to offer services of similar quality but I’m making an exception for this place. It’s hands down the best pedicure I’ve gotten in the greater Hartford area.
The cleanliness and amazing music/ cute setup aside, what really drew my attention was the level of care with which my pedicure was performed. He paid thorough attention to my heel along with my cuticles and all the products used were incredibly moisturizing and smelled heavenly.

Have had not so great experiences with waxing, but this was NOT one of those. I immediately felt at ease, the space is small but calming and nicely styled. Very easy scheduling. Due to her busy schedule she prefers booking directly off her IG: @beautybarbyjanet but she is also happy to accept calls in between clients. Her chic salon is in the high-end of West Hartford in the Blue Back Square in the Marshalls plaza, so ample free parking. She has elevator services that’ll take you up to her suite, concierge can walk you down to her. She is always happy to see her clients and honestly it feels like visiting a good friend. The loft is super cute and very inviting. Her lashing is superb, i loved that she listened to what I envisioned and she was super professional in her recommendations to protect the integrity of my natural lashes. I have gone to a LOT of technicians and honestly I immediately could tell the difference in going to a certified tech vs going to her who is licensed. My lashes lasted 3-4 weeks before I needed a mini fill. Her prices are reasonable compared to others. The music is always on point, the deep relaxation is immediate when you arrive. I’ll continue to go to her. Def recommend.

We walked in without an appointment to get my son’s first tattoo they took us right in, my son explained to Raf what he wanted and he flawlessly came up with the artwork and then nailed the tattoo. It came out perfect. Not only was Raf amazing but all the employees were. The prices are very fair as well. We had our heater die on us right before the winter and Advance Plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and got us up and running fast! The whole process and installation of the new boiler went smoothly from start to finish and they also fixed my main water shutoff. They showed up on time, did great work and left everything clean. I highly recommend. Definitely calling them again if we ever need plumbing work!

I had been having trouble with a sump pump in my crawlspace. At times, it wouldn't activate when the pit was full. As a result , I would have water in the crawlspace. The other night, I came home to a sump pump not working and water on the floor of the area. It was after hours, I left a message for Ted and he responded quickly. He explain the cost to swap out the pump and he was at my home about an hour later. He inspected the existing pump, flows, pipe fitting, swap out the pump in a short period of time! I have such peace of mind knowing I have a new sump pump, especially with the amount of melting snow we are expecting this week. I will definitely use Ted's Plumbing in the future!

I love Dr Graham and Sarah! I came in with low back pain and numbness in my left foot. His work is amazing- I am now pain free and continuing the maintenance plan. Dr. Barry was very informative and helpful on our first visit while he completed the assessment. He is different than other chiropractors I have gone to as he listens to the patient and responds. Since starting, not only is my pain decreasing but the adjustments seem to be supporting a better me overall. I feel more like my old self and am impressed with how the adjustment have helped with mental clarity and feeling overall better.

I’ve been to Cats Limited several times for my cat and every single time it’s consistent, pleasant, with exceptional care for my girl. The vets and staff do a great job making my anxious cat comfortable and every aspect of the visit is thorough so I can leave there knowing she’s getting the best care. The people are super friendly. Initially, I booked a massage here because I needed to use up some Class Pass points and this place had good ratings. But my first massage far exceeded my expectations and now I am a returning customer. Kasha got rid of my jaw pain, and my hip pain on the first session. My jaw has never felt better. I think it's a superb massage at a great price. Thanks Kasha! See you again soon :)
Note: Kasha doesn't use a ton of oil. I personally like that because I don't feel like a gross mess after putting my clothes on. It's just enough to do the massage but not be overly slick.
Parking is a bit tricky. The parking lot is small and it's usually pretty full. Get here a bit early just to ensure you find a spot.
They do have a bathroom! As someone with GI issues this is a huge plus for my bathroom anxiety. You just have to ask for the key and it's down the hall.
I would say the place is pretty accessibility friendly. The parking lot is a bit tough, but there are no steps to get in and there's an elevator going upstairs. The bathroom is probably big enough for an average wheelchair too.
Eva has the magic touch, every time I leave after a massage I feel like a new person. I highly recommend getting a massage from Eva, you won't regret it. There's a reason she's called Best Massage Eva, she's the Best!
My partner and I went for a 75 min couples massage, and it was exactly what we needed:- The appointment email offered very easy to follow directions to the office, and staff were incredibly welcoming when we got there. - The two therapists we had were very knowledgeable and responsive to our respective needs. -The space was clean, and all staff wore masks the entire time. Overall very relaxing experience. Will be back again!

She thoroughly tries to understand what area of your body you need relief for and to discusses your treatment with youSpa Envy is my go to place when I have overdone it physically and I need muscle relief. Spa Envy has a very natural and medicinal approach to your body health. It’s a great source for ideas for muscle relief and relaxation. Leah does a great job with stretching. They now have cupping for muscle pain relief.

I want to share a testimony about a friend named Zaida who I took to acupuncture sessions with Dr. Han. She has some pain in her knee and leg and is diabetic. The Dr. began to treat those symptoms and after almost two months of treatment, Zaida's diabetes improved enormously. Her sugar is at 102, almost normal, and so is her leg. She will continue with the sessions because of the good results she is getting. I recommend Dr. Han one hundred percent who is professional and his knowledge is very high no matter what health problems you have He really care and concern about all his patients

Very good acupuncture our advice anyone that’s having pain to go through them. I have neuropathy I went for the first time. I haven’t taken my money medicine all day so far until the end of the day for Pain and I’m on narcotics so please go if you’re in a lot of pain the needles are not painful. They’ll let you know if they are too much for you their lesson the poke of the needle they know they don’t hurt please go with you’re in pain cause I’m in a lot of pain with neuropathy and it helped me a lot for the first time so I will be going back and I’ll advise you to at least try it whoever you are
