I've been coming to this practice for nearly 3 years for my 2 children. I receive phenomenal care from the entire care team from the moment I enter and am greeted by the front office staff. Our main provider is Dr. Nike Kubeyinje. With any concern I raise I feel heard. She is attentive, patient, and thorough in ensuring I understand options and explains it in a comprehensive way. On top of that, she exudes warmth and has a great sense of humor.

My son who is 11 and my daughter who is 4 have been coming here since they were born. My son had a milk protein allergy when he was born, and they quickly were able to diagnose him and help me get a prescription for his formula to be approved by his health insurance. Also, my daughter who is 4 also had a milk protein allergy but the insurance companies were being a pain and not covering it at all, but I was happy to get frequent phone calls from the team at West Hartford Pediatrics to pick up some extra sample containers that they had. We began our pediatric journey with Dr. Thomas N. Fromson, who was absolutely wonderful—so loving and attentive. I truly wish we could have stayed with him, but his schedule didn’t align with ours, as Monday mornings work best for us.
Afterward, we saw another pediatrician, but I wasn’t satisfied with the level of care. One thing that stood out to me was that she wasn’t a mother yet, and trust me, that makes all the difference when choosing a pediatrician. There’s a unique level of understanding and empathy that comes from someone who has experienced parenthood themselves.
