I stopped by today to get pricing on some new smart locks for my home and not only did the new guy “Richard” help me find the best price for my budget, he also helped me with putting on my spare tire since my tire literally just popped as I was about to make the turn to get to the shop and I didn’t have my lug nut wrench with me.He went above and beyond!! He needs to be praised for this!! I got a much better price than anywhere else in the area!!! He was also very patient with me and offered several options. Thanks again Richard!!!!

Wanted to say how great Mark was today! Despite being given a wrong address and having to drive another 40 minutes to get to us he was the absolute sweetest! He did a great job fixing our door/lock and was even willing to stay to fix another door we happened to accidentally lock ourselves out of while he was here. We ended up finding the key and all was well, haha! Big thanks to Mark. 12/10 would recommend.

Had them rekey my house when we first moved in our house and they were efficient. Since then, changed all the doors and had to get new spares. Walked in on a Friday 10 minutes before close and I believe his name is Mike, super friendly and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.
