“WHY has been my yoga home since it opened 20 years ago. Over the years I have ebbed and flowed at times in my own practice, but when I come back to the mat, it is ALWAYS here. The teachers are fantastic, the energy very real and positive, and what they do for the local community super impactful. Recently I completed their 200 hour YTT training to deepen my practice. It was exceptionally well done led by Barbara, Jennifer and Jude. If you have thought about it, I highly recommend it.“
