We hired Richland to controle a mouse problem we had in our basement. Charles came out and was very clear on how they were going to seal up the foundation to keep the mice out. Friendly, trustworthy, and went above and beyond!
We hired Richland Pest & Bee Control after a squirrel started burrowing into the outside of our house, and Joe and Brian were fantastic from the moment they arrived. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. They patched up the holes and set up rodent mitigation to help keep anything from getting back in. He also set up strategically placed traps inside in case there was anything already inside. Joe also kept in touch with us over the course of several weeks and would make additional stops by our house to check the status of our rodent and insect situation.
