Getting eye care for more extreme needs is stressful, expensive, and disruptive. After several months of learning about and attempting to address my needs, all of my issues were handled. We say care providers nowadays but most of my personal interactions with medical professionals are often rushed and imbalanced. Meeting with staff here and Dr. Martinez felt supportive and helpful.

Messaged the owner Monday & within a few hours he moved the schedule around for me to be squeezed in for an appointment (today/Thursday), I am beyond in love with my hair down to the small trim of my dead ends. Huge shout out to Alexis, could not be more grateful for the time and effort he put into my hair as well as Oscar for moving and fitting me into the schedule. Highly recommend, not just as a hair salon but also as a barbershop

Dropped in around lunch time on a Monday and Devrin was able to accommodate me. He prefers appointments but wasn't busy at the time. Best cut I've had in years. He took his time and did clean work. I asked for a high fade, skin at the bottom, 1 near the top, and a 4 on the top with clippers. He lined everything up and gave exactly what I asked for in a reasonable amount of time. The key thing for me was that he was detailed and he did a quality job. Like I said, best cut I've had in years. Takes Venmo and Apple Cash. I paid $40 not including tip. Highly recommend making an appointment and getting your hair cut with Devrin!

They gave all they had at the end of a two day marathon event. The level of mindfulness they shared was more than I could ask for. Will definitely be back.

The dryer vent cleaning removed heavy lint buildup and restored airflow. The service was efficient and well organized. Everything was completed safely and on time. They also performed professional mold cleaning. The mold remediation helped eliminate moisture-related issues.

Wonderful experience! I came in as a same day urgent appt. I lost a filling then my tooth broke off at the gum. I didn't have pain then my insurance lapsed. About a month later insurance is reinstated my tooth starts hurting on a Friday night. By Sunday my jaw is swollen. Monday, the swelling was huge and traveling. I called Care Dental Ctr in Hartford and they were so accommodating and got me right in. After getting xrays and Dr. Patel examined me (great bedside manner) he wanted me to go to Hartford Hospital for i.v. antibiotics and to see their oral surgeon resident. I was blown away that it was this serious and that a Hospital had a Dental residency program. Dr. Patel was so reassuring and gave me a referral he wrote instructions on for the hospital. My daughter drove me to the hospital (1 mile up the road). We walked in, I gave the hospital the referral from Dr. Patel, I was given a hospital i.d. bracelet, and then it wasn't 5 minutes and I was called back. I was triaged, xrayed, prepped for oral surgery. I.v. was placed and toradol started for pain and clyndimycin was started for abx. In walks the general surgeon and she explained everything. I was so nervous! She numbed me and did an I&D. I didn't feel a thing except the first pinch of the shots to numb me. My daughter held my hand and rubbed my arm through the whole thing. She sent me home with oral abx and today (the very next day) I am doing well! Swelling had decreased by half and my pain is minimal to be relieved by advil or Tylenol. I can't recommend Dr. Patel and his staff enough at Care Dental Ctr. They truly care and they look out for their patients health, anxiety, and well being. I am 60 years old and we are from California. It's difficult to find healthcare/dentalcare in a new state especially trying to get established while experiencing an urgent problem. Don't hesitate to call them if you are looking for a new Dental office, you will not be disappointed.
