Plummer arrived 15-20 right after I made the call even though it was after hours. Ashton/plumer was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Went out and beyond to fix my issue and was very kind and professional.Next morning, Gordon & team mitigation/restoration, came to assess and clean up the damage and we’re very informative, professional, kind and efficient.All in all, extremely pleased with the service. Will most definitely use them in the future.Thanks
This was an emergency repair of a leaking valve on a Sunday afternoon. I received a call back very quickly and a repair person came to the house within an hour. Problem was fixed and everything was great. I can highly recommend Clog Master. Repairman was courteous, friendly and very neat.
I believe my technicians name was ash, sorry if I got that wrong I’m horrible with names, anyway he was absolutely fantastic, he knew exactly what he was talking about and inspected my old leaking pipe from the top down to the basement, he’s an absolutely fantastic person and any company should feel lucky to have him, hold onto that man because of him I will refer everyone I know to clogmaster plain and simple, thank you ash and also clogmaster, I’m a first time customer but will not ever use another company, thanks ash and clogmaster
