Right from the beginning their bridal team was communicative and transparent regarding services and pricing. Tracy, the bridal manager, answered all of my questions throughout the process and responded so quickly to all my emails. Her pricing is very competitive, especially considering the quality of her work. Every appointment has exceeded my expectations. Julie is highly experienced with complex color services and never makes you feel like the hair color you want is unrealistic or impossible. She has been able to lighten my dark hair while preserving its health and integrity, which is something I truly appreciate.
